Facilitates resolution of participant calls via inbound phone a nd direct interaction with case managers, site supervisors a nd MAXIMUS management a t multiple sites.

Provides detailed documentation on participant calls a nd resolution.

Responds to needs, questions a nd concerns of internal a nd external customers.

Maintains a positive, clean, a nd friendly environment in the office.

Enters data into software programs a nd creates a nd maintains programmatic reports.

Complies with current a nd updated policy a nd procedures.

Facilitates completion of required surveys.

Responds to phone calls a nd voicemail routinely throughout the day.

Provides a dministrative a ssistance to internal a nd external customers.

A ssists participants with the job search process.

Works closely with CMII staff to ensure participant barrier resolution, successful participation, employment verification a nd consistent documentation.

Monitors participation a nd other related program a ctivity referrals

Contacts participants a nd/or employers on a daily, weekly, monthly basis a nd documents interaction a nd outcome

Creates, a nalyzes, a nd modifies reports, a s needed.

Ensures compliance with a ll contractual, state, federal requirements.

Performs other duties a s a ssigned by management.

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following A dditional Education, A bilities, a nd Experience:

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

A t least one year experience in a nalysis of data, quality improvement, a nd/or case management in employment a nd training, economic support, or similar field

Strong knowledge of TANF, JOBS, food stamps, Medicaid, a nd child care

A ttention to detail, excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, a nd verbal communication skills

a bility to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; a bility to successfully execute many complex

tasks simultaneously; a nd a bility work a s a team member, well a s independently, including a track record of interacting with a ll levels of staff,management a nd/or government.

Minimum intermediate skill level (knowledge a nd experience) in use of personal computers a nd related software a pplications

with Microsoft Word, Excel, a nd A ccess programs, Visual Basic a nd Microsoft Reporting

Preferred qualifications include bilingual capabilities

Education Required: High School Diploma or GED

Subject Matter Expertise/Experience Required : 0 - 2 years of related job experience

Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Respond to inquiries related to various customer service a ctivities

2. Participate a s necessary in specialized projects, work groups a nd committees a imed a t evaluating project needs, improving services, a nd implementing new service strategies

3. Ensure work a rea is secure of confidential materials, organized, a nd fully stocked of a ppropriate paperwork a t the beginning a nd end of each shift

4. Initiate outbound calls a nd respond to incoming customer calls in order to a ssist internal a nd external clients

5. Maintain a ccurate case records for the participant, both hard copy a nd in computer information systems

6. Submit reports a s directed by management

7. Perform other duties a s may be a ssigned by management
