Position is located in Gainesville, GA
Team Leader for Child and Adolescent Services.
The SSP-2 Licensed/Team Leader will assist the Regional Director and implement all initiatives as defined by the Regional Director. The SSP-2 Licensed will provide administrative and clinical supervision to Behavioral Health direct service staff. This position will provide direction of policies and procedures and direct the treatment teams. This position will provide crisis support to all Gainesville Center staff, as well as keeping the Regional Director informed at all times.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
*Supervises and coordinates the daily services in the Gainesville Center .
*Manages human resource and employee relation functions
*Ensures that employee performance is managed in such a way as to facilitate the achievement of organization goals
*Oversees the delivery of appropriate and timely services to Clients
*Participates in budget planning, monitoring, and risk management factors
*Creates and maintains a high performance environment characterized by positive leadership and a strong team orientation
* Will carry an individual caseload
*Must be a fully licensed clinician in the state of Georgia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
*Must have three years experience in Behavioral Health
*Must have 1 year of supervisory experience
Must not have six (6) or more points against their driver's
license or a suspended or revoked driver's license within the last five
