Supports for End to End Technology for programs and projects. Role has direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects. Performs work related to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery. Provides analytical support for information technology projects. Develops and revises project materials and maintains project documentation. Provides numerical and graphical design support, e.g., presentation materials and works on contributions to the development and completion of project deliverables. Recommends improvements in project deliverables. Works on portions of projects as directed. Typically requires 3-5 years of applicable experience.

Position will support the technology team by gathering data from systems and people; consolidating, producing executive level reports on project and programs underway in our technology team. Will become a subject matter expert on our capacity and project time tracking tools (PD Ware, Clarity). Position will assist with matching our capacity with demand for resource on project efforts – must be excellent with Excel, manipulating data. Must be able to take information and group into logical formats using Powerpoint (must be excellent with Powerpoint). Will help facilitate meetings, keep track of action items from meetings and follow up action items until closed or completed. Will provide support on other varied duties as assigned. Some of these assignments will involve a quick turn-around. Must have a sense of urgency.


Required skills:
• 1-3 years Project Management, Accounting, or Financial Analyst experience
• Demonstrated ability in Project Management
• Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
• Solid oral and written communication skills

Desired skills:
• PMI PMP Certification is a plus
• 4 year college degree in Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Finance, or Technology
