The Bed Controller Staffing Clerk will facilitate the
coordination of inpatient beds with patient admissions and staffing.
Coordinates scheduling of nursing staff by utilizing current
policies, procedures and cost effective methods.
Straub is a
complete health care system, which means the primary care physicians,
specialist physicians, clinics and hospital staff are all part of the
same organization. Straub cares for and comforts patients throughout
the state at both the hospital and clinic locations. Straub
offers a network of neighborhood clinics on Oahu, Lanai, and visiting
specialists on the Big Island as well as the services of nearly 200
physician specialists.

Requirements
Minimum
Qualifications:
High school or equivalent. One year
clerical
experience with an emphasis in good communication skills and an
ability to adapt to variety of responsibilities and
duties.
Preferred:
One year staffing experience or acute care
hospital work. Knowledge of the ANSOS nurse staffing
software. One year of experience utilizing some type of
computer software such as Word and Excel.
