Provide daily management and oversight of the Solutions Architects; responsible for the implementation of customers. Manage and improve the implementation process to ensure installs are timely and error free.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Supervise Solution Architects staff.
Responsible for driving installs metrics and intervals, both internal and external.
Escalation point for implementation and customer install issues.
Manage and/or assist in large project installations.
Provide management reports and tracking of installs.
Own and continuously improve the Solutions Architects installation process.
Provide training and continued development of Solutions Architects.
Correspond with other departments and management on issues.
Work on special projects as directed by management
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years experience managing a team
Telecom project management
Strong telecommunications background preferably with telephony and softswitch emphasis
VoIP systems exposure with knowledge of SIP protocol
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Great interpersonal skills
