Our client is a progressive consulting company and they are looking to hire (5) Java Architect/Developers. This position requires the following:
Minimum of 3 years of core Java Development experience (Java/JEE).
Ability to articulate and evangelize architecture vision to management and stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in designing/developing large, transactional, enterprise class systems
Command of architecture standards, principles, design patterns, and methodologies
Experience with one or more application servers (Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss) is a must
Working knowledge of ancillary technologies/tools (portal/portlet development, BPM, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Spring, Hibernate, WebServices, rules engines, security/SSO, and UML) is necessary.
Excellent communications, team leading, and technical mentoring skills are necessary
Performance tuning and capacity planning experience is preferred
Bachelors degree preferred.
