This position does not accept international candidates Location: USA – Houston, TX Seniority/Experience Requirement: 6+ Years Education Requirements: University degree (Engineering) Language Skills: English proficiency mandatory (Spanish, Italian desired) Job Description: · Follows the sales and services activities of the assigned geographical region or assigned accounts. Determines action plan and objectives for these regions and or accounts aligned with BU or segment objectives and strategy. Investigates customer needs including volumes, integration level, location strategy, growth plans and product characteristics. Detects and develops differentiation opportunities in order to enhance Tenaris positioning.

Establish short term objectives,tactical moves and operating plans for future development at a regional/account level. Maximizes sales opportunities by meeting sales volume objectives ,identifying and solving the problems affecting sales or distribution of the products in corresponding region or segment and identifying proper commercial channels and conditions associated to orders. Coordinates with Marketing dept. the execution of defined marketing strategies and regional segment plans providing inputs to market intelligence and activities.

Establish and develop close relationships with customers. Provide input to Sales Management on Product Development activities. Ensures the achievement of Business Unit commercial objectives exploring opportunities and to develop new services. Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.

Maps the competitor’s participation on each business. Assesses TS' potential to participate based on the technical, commercial and logistical characteristics of the opportunity under analysis. Provides quick budgetary quotes and technical feasibility analysis (with PREN's support). Forwards all feasible opportunities to the Sales Manager in charge of the segment in questions for further development.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree – Administration/Management/Engineering/Industrial Distribution 6+ years experience with steel preferably in PTC Alliance, Mittal, Timken. High perseverance and resistance to frustration. Ability to organize concepts and information for a proper and systematic follow up. Sense of accountability a must
