Assist in defining and making process improvement recommendations to provide a framework for project leads and ultimately teams to successfully execute engagements, resulting in client satisfaction in the delivery of products and services.

Responsibilities:I. Proposal Support:
Assist with responding to proposals, primarily from an administrative, compliance, quality perspective.
Overall support the VALU contract
Perform quality assurance support

II. Project Coordinator:
Assist in engagement kickoffs and administrative coordination.
Create engagement Site
Create, understand deliverable schedule and associated invoice schedule.
Coordinate with Controller to create project bill code, initiate engagement.
Manage subcontractor agreements and payment schedule.
Integrate into project budget to produce financial status reports.
Monthly Status Reports. Assist in reviewing MSR and Financial Status Reports.

Prior military background preferred OR direct experience in supporting military efforts (Army, USAF, Navy, etc.)
Experience in leading large teams of people
2+ years’ experience leading IT team
5+ years Quality Control management
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to make difficult decisions in stressful situations
Ability to take initiative
Posses a sense of urgency, purpose to resolve issues, get work done and take care of the client
Ability to communicate effectively
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to obtain a VA Clearance
