Requires a high school diploma or GED, nurse assistant (C.N.A.) certification, Serve Safe training, and one year of experience as a C.N.A. or as a Resident Living Specialist.
If not currently certified, must be willing to become C.N.A. certified.
Preference will be given to individuals with C.N.A. and management experience.
This position is safety-sensitive. The applicant selected will be required to satisfactorily complete a drug test. Criminal History background check will also be completed on the selected applicant.

Summary of Work:
This position provides leadership to the Home by serving as a role-model and guide for others in the household. Duties include: keeping the household running smoothly, acting as a coach to promote resident centered care, providing leadership and vision to the household, ensure that standards are being met, and supervision of Resident Living Specialist’s.
The Household Coordinator must demonstrate leadership abilities to develop and motivate people; possess good critical thinking and problem solving skills, exhibit the ability to prioritize responsibilities; be flexible and able to work under stressful situations; possess good written and verbal communication skills, be self-directed and work autonomously; and have the necessary management skills to plan, coordinate and direct the household. This individual must be willing to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
