The Utility Porter (Deep Clean) is responsible for the proper cleaning and preventative maintenance of all carpets within the common areas of the property.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Properly cleans all carpets within prescribed standards of cleanliness.
2. Maintains and identifies maintenance needs of floor-cleaning equipment.
3. Inventories and orders stock to meet floor cleaning demands.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s).
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to write reports and read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Remembering details, reading, working rapidly, working at various tempos, concentrating amid distractions.
Standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, carrying, pulling, sitting, bending/stooping, observing, stretching, pushing, turning, balancing, lifting up to 50 pounds.
Inside, dry, noisy, heat, high places, hazards, outside, wet, odors, changing temperatures, cold, dirty, gloves.
