What You'll Do
John Deere Seeding Group in Valley City, ND is seeking a General Supervisor to support all 2nd Shift production activities for the Seeding Valley City factory. In addition, you will:
What It Takes
- Communicate work instructions, and provide training, coaching and development for up to 8 full-time and contingent second shift supervisors and their assigned responsibilities to support production requirements of direct and indirect labor.
- Manage Safety, Quality, Delivery and Efficiency metrics.
We need an excellent communicator, who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment. Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Business discipline, or equivalent experience. In addition, we require:

- 5-8 years of manufacturing/operations experience.
- Supervisory experience.
