The position involves telecommuting from a home-based virtual office. Resource Spectrum is a multi-million dollar firm serving companies throughout the world. Our firm has been in business since 1989. All of your back office needs as a recruiter are maintained by Resource Spectrum; your sole responsibility is to recruit and maintain successful client relationships.
Analytical skills, ethical standards and creativity should be extremely high as a recruiter. You should be able to think strategically and be capable of negotiating decisively with a client or candidate.
