Candidate will assume the role of technical lead for a thermal optic product. Responsibilities include oversight of root cause failure investigation, qualificaion test activity, tracking labor budgets, chairperson for the Engineering Review Board (ERB), coordinating all change activity and validating all change activity.
Candidate will have a broad engineering background covering electronics, mechanical, software and optical disciplines. Must be a self starter capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic work environment. Minimum 10 years experience with increasing responsibilities including directing/ prioritizing personnel and program activities. Must have a minimum of a BSEE or equivalent. Experience in the design or manufacture of electro-optic products is desired.
