Job Summary: The Oklahoma Office of Attorney General is seeking a Consumer Representative. Job duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: Taking consumer complaint information, directing consumers to appropriate agencies and/or individuals, and providing consumers with information on various consumer topics. Representatives must be able to professionally and efficiently communicate with consumers and the office staff.
Qualifications: Knowledge and use of Word or WordPerfect is required along with excellent computer, phone, and typing abilities. Proficiency in spelling, punctuation and grammar will be expected. The successful candidate must maintain the integrity of the Attorney Generals Office as well as the confidentiality of information as required by the Attorney General and the Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct.
