OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
Responsible for managing a Quality Monitoring team to ensure compliance with FDCPA, Company policies, and all applicable laws.
Train, motivate, hire and supervise staff.
Complete scheduled staff quality call monitors, audits, and calibration for compliance with Green Tree policy, procedures, and adherence to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.
Complete quality reviews, establish staff goals, and conduct research and prepare reports on identified quality issues or concerns.
Analyze escalated account appeals for compliance and corporate quality guidelines.
Compile results from various activities and assist in creating reports to outline suggestion resolution, procedural change, performance and process improvement.
Review current and new procedure, policies and performance standards for validations and updates.
Act as liaison between Quality Dept. and assigned Operations team.
Other duties as assigned.
Previous supervisory level experience preferred.
Must have late stage collections experience (30+ delinquent accounts)
5+ years experience collecting and/or quality monitoring in a variety of markets; mortgage/financial services industry experience within Loss Mitigation, Recovery, and Bankruptcy.
College degree in finance or business related field preferred.
Knowledge of FDCPA and legal responsibilities involved with collections, foreclosures, and charge-off’s.
