The Customer Relationship Management area serves as the hub for sustainment of IT investments within the NAVAIR community and in other Navy and Government areas. The product area applies knowledge of current information technology, information methodologies and processes, and analytical methods and techniques to introduce technologies and methodologies/processes into the customer environment.
The candidate must be able to apply knowledge of management functions and processes and analytical methods and techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information in support of organizational managers, program managers, project managers, and other customers.
To support the Operational Goals the candidate will participate in facilitation of meetings, capturing requirements, and maintaining artifacts in accordance with Standard Business Office practices. The candidate will:
Ensure that information and data calls are understood and acted upon in a timely manner.
Support strategic planning requirements.
Support Process Improvement requirements
Manage/facilitate requirements through department approved processes
Receiving new Requirements.
Customer contact via phone and e-mail
Generating agenda’s and attending weekly
Recording meeting minutes.
Supporting development and review of Customer agreements
Posting daily/weekly updates to each on-going project.
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of Business Office Experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite
