This position will assist in providing information technology support for the College of Ag administration group. Duties will include resolution of desktop support issues, hardware and software installation, system configuration/security and maintenance/troubleshooting. Applicants must be service-oriented, motivated, and able to develop training and documentation for systems within support area. The position will also be responsible for helping to provide support in the conference rooms and areas in the Good Barn, Seay Auditorium, etc.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Candidates should be proficient in standard computer (desktop/laptop/printer) and network troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows XP/7, cell phone setup and troubleshooting, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat. Strong verbal and written communication skills, familiarity with Microsoft Access Databases, ability to work in collaborative team-oriented environment, and strong customer service skills are also required.
