Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full time
PC Technician
position. The PC Technician reports to Manager Help Desk and PC Tech within Information Systems. The PC Technician performs general Help Desk and PC Tech duties by providing courteous technical expertise on the telephone or in person for reported hardware or software problems. The PC Technician coordinates activities within the Micro Computer and Network Groups as necessary.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree in Information Systems preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
MCITP - Enterprise Desktop Support Technician or equivalent PLUS one (1) additional relevant certification.
Experience:
Requires experience and understanding of healthcare processes and procedures and the use of information in clinical & financial departments. Requires knowledge of the software and hardware installation, test, release and support processes.
