The Release Management Specialist- Functional Architect will:
Manage and perform design, configuration, testing and development effort for the Accela product suite
Configure, verify and test workflow and application processing for multiple license and permit types in the Accela product suite
Configure and test online applications and renewals for multiple license and permit types
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of Accela configuration, testing and development experience
Minimum 5 years experience testing COTS software applications, Accela or other
Minimum 2 years supervising team members performing COTS implementation activities
Bachelor's degree
Travel 75%-100%
Additional Preferred Skill Requirements
Experience integrating licensing, permitting and inspection applications with enabling technologies including mobile devices and IVR
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Good supervisory skills, ability to direct work activities, and ensure quality delivery
Ability to facilitate issue resolution and decision making
