Position Summary:
The CAM Client Advocate is primarily responsible for CAM contract analyses, maintenance, and consolidation to achieve maximum effectiveness and satisfaction to Sirius’ customers as well as maintain compliance with Sirius’ vendors.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
•Analyzes and processes contract changes (adds/moves/deletions) requested by customer and ensures compliance is maintained
•Monitor special bid proposals to maintain compliance among contract changes
•Monitors, analyzes, and maintains customer contracts in multiple vendor applications to ensure accuracy
•Partners with Client Executive and CAM Specialist to develop and implement initial CAM solution for Sirius’ customers
•Ensures Client contracts are fully activated and processed with the vendor so that the Client receives the correct support within the correct service levels as agreed to via the contract which ensures no lapse in service or support between the Client and vendor
•Develops and implements process improvement for CAM policies and procedures
•Researches and reconciles CAM client invoice disputes and SPEC charges and engages independently with vendors, distributors, and stakeholders
•Provide CAM Portal support and training to Sirius’ customers
Position Requirements Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
•At least 3 years experience in analysis and monitoring of hardware and software contracting
•Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc…
Other Required Qualifications:
•Experience with vendor maintenance/servicing offerings and the ability to translate into solutions for Sirius’ customers
•Experience with IBM’s TEP (transaction exception process) for solution development and audit compliance
•Experience with multiple vendor applications such as IBM MCLM, LIA-BP, HP SAID, etc…
•Demonstrated knowledge of IBM TSS terminology, contract entitlement process, and flow
•Demonstrated experience in roles that require close professional relationships and collaboration with several stakeholder groups
•Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical and/or complex service delivery relationships concurrently
•Ability to understand and translate maintenance contract solutions into easy-to-understand terms
•Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
•Ability to work under minimal supervision, independently and/or as a member of a project team.
•Demonstrated skills in attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through

•IBM TSS Certification
