Right now, we are seeking a
Sr. Systems Administrator
at our Global Headquarters in Englewood, CO (Denver metro area). In this role, you will provide primary technical operations support for Western Union's business process management application and tools.
In addition, you will:
- Provide Level 2 support for the system on an as-needed basis
- Serve as the Senior Administration Professional in the company's Information Technology/Infrastructure Operations (ITIO) organization.
- Provide 24/7 troubleshooting support to the teamwork's production issues, if necessary.
- 1-3 years' experience installing and supporting IBM Business Process Management (BPM) which was formerly called Lombardi Teamwork's (Version 7.5.x) installation, configuration and administration on IBM AIX and MS-Windows 2008 operating systems.
- 1-3 years' experience with IBM BPM Authoring Environment, IBM Teamwork's Process Server, Performance Server, Portal components and hands on experience with the Teamwork's import/export process.
- 1-3 years' experience performing teamwork's upgrades and installing PSToolKit libraries.
1-3 years' experience with relational database concepts including some SQL coding.
3-5 years' experience being the Systems Administrator for IBM HTTP server, IBM Websphere Message Queue (IBM-MQ), and IBM Websphere Application Server V7.x and 8.x.
1-3 years' experience implementing and updating WebSphere Process Server.
3-5 years Web Services, JAVA/J2EE, Service Component Architecture (SCA), Oracle Version 9i-11g and Microsoft SQL Server 2008.
Experience with performance tuning teamwork's and assisting BPM developers with development environment issues, including BPM migration from development to production.
Experience troubleshooting Lombardi teamwork's production issues.
Experience with integrating to the AS/400 Platform (IBM iSeries), Web-Services Description Language (WSDL), Simple Open Access Protocol (SOAP), XML Spy, and Rational Integration Developer (WID).
Prior experience with the HP Service Desk ticketing system.
Understanding of systems integration, network topology, directory structures (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol-LDAP), and relational database management technologies including Oracle PL-SQL, MS-SQL, and DB2-SQL query development.'
Experience with installing and upgrading IBM Decision Center and IBM Decision Server (formerly ILOG).
Experience handling production support for mission-critical applications. In addition, the candidate will have knowledge of the technical infrastructure required to run IBM's Business Process Management (formerly Lombardi) suite.
