The Development Partner will serve as primary development advisor to the HR Business Partner/Business Unit.
This is a leadership role to design and deliver business aligned development solutions that accelerate CFG goals. Position will lead a team of expert staff who will translate constituent needs to action and results by collaborating within and across development, HR and CFG, building relationships and providing consulting, design and deliver
This role will:
Drive the RBS CFG enterprise-wide Development agenda into the business.
Set the strategic people agenda in concert with the business aligned HR Business Partner.
Conduct diagnostic needs assessment.
Design talent, leadership & OD solutions for the business unit.
Manage and align the training strategy and curriculum that supports the broader people agenda and the business.
Execute enterprise, group and business wide development & training programs.
Set objectives, deliver programs, and measure the results and impact of development initiatives in the business.

Management of Team
Risk Accountabilities and Responsibilities :
Comply with relevant Group Policies, local policies, procedures, regulations and laws.
Participate in and utilize risk assessments to identify and assess the material risks that arise in their area of responsibility.
Establish and own a governance structure for identifying and managing risk, and for defining and approving an appropriate Risk Appetite.
Establish, document and maintain operating procedures which include relevant controls to meet Group and local policy requirements.
Position impacts CFG enterprise wide primarily through executive leadership engagement.
Enables greater integration and alignment across CFG teams, “networks” and individuals to build talent and leadership platforms.
High School or Equivalent (GED), Associate Degree, and Bachelor Degree required.
Master’s Degree preferred. Years of Experience in lieu of Degree – 10 yrs related.
Management (Program & People). 7+ years of Training & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, HR.
