This position supports the Program Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the Executive MBA Program offered through the Management Development Center, a self-supporting unit within the Anderson School of Management at UNM. Contributes to the program's effectiveness by performing a variety of administrative and academic duties, including recruiting and admissions, student and faculty services, curriculum and international trip planning and evaluation, as well as building and maintaining relationships with students, faculty, alumni and the business community. Under the direction of the Director, helps ensure the delivery of a high quality educational experience for business professionals from New Mexico's leading and emerging companies and organizations. Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
1. Completion of a master's degree in business administration (MBA) program from an AACSB accredited institution; EMBA preferred 2. Positive work experience in a lean, team environment, to include at least two years in a managerial or supervisory role 3. Documented success in graduate level academic program administration, marketing and/or recruiting 4. A highly professional demeanor and image, and the ability to develop and maintain positive business relationships with all stakeholders 5. Exceptional organizational and operational skills with proven ability to set priorities, juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines 6. Superior attention to detail and quality products 7. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills with experience interfacing with diverse and demanding constituencies, including corporate decision-makers 8. Experience in marketing and sales, public relations, special events planning, and the ability to promote graduate education with credibility and conviction 9. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems; familiarity with social media 10. Experience in analyzing data, preparing statistical reports and evaluating program effectiveness 11. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including public speaking experience, as demonstrated by cover letter, resume and interview(s) 12. Experience planning and monitoring budgets 13. Ability to work independently and successfully on multiple, concurrent projects

Additional requirements for this position:
Will be required to work a flexible schedule including EMBA class Saturdays and some nights. One trip abroad of approximately ten days per year, along with occasional overnight travel, may be necessary.
