Huawei Enterprise Business division is seeking a Channel Sales Account Manager to identify and recruit new channel partners for the US Enterprise Sales Organization.

In addition to being a key member of the Sales team, this role will have primary responsibilities for the following activities:

  • Target, recruit enable and develop new resellers in an assigned geographic region
  • Achieve assigned recruitment and revenue goals and quota.
  • Provide ongoing channel reseller visibility, awareness, education and training
  • In charge of preparing and delivering customer presentations, pricing and promotional proposals.
  • Responsible for regional demand generation programs.
This person will work closely with cross-functional counterparts and should be comfortable communicating to all levels of the sales and marketing organization.

Education :
Minimum: BA/BS Degree

Relevant Work Experience :
5- 12 years involved with recruiting channels for a high technology company.

Prior experience in channel recruitment of VAR’s, solution providers and working in a two tier distribution environment.

Must be able to demonstrate recent success in a similar position with an industry leader.

Strong background with recruiting and enabling data networking VAR’s

Ability to travel regionally

Superior influencing and communication skills; written, verbal and listening skills.

Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple and competing responsibilities.

Product knowledge with data networking and/or UC and video experience.

Reports to :
Vice President, Channel Sales

Position interacts with :
Company staff and management, client company staff and management, vendors, suppliers and contractors.

Working conditions :
Standard indoor office environment.

Physical demands:
Must be able to lift/carry materials, move about the office, turn on and operate a computer in the applicable environment, communicate efficiently and effectively on the telephone or in person, and complete required paperwork. Travel may be required as directed by management based on business needs.
