The Executive Administrative Assistant is a non-exempt position responsible for administrative support to the Executive Team including the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Medical Officer and President. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with some college preferred. Two or more years of administrative assistant experience required, preferably in a medical practice. The candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to confidentiality and customer service. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail required.
The Executive Assistant must have demonstrated capability and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, or equivalent software. Computer experience and expertise is required. The Executive assistant will arrange appointments and meetings involving contact with staff, physicians and executive leaders throughout the Atrius organization. The Executive Assistant will maintain, produce and distribute a variety of reports and documents. Prepares various documents and handles confidential matters in accordance with practice guidelines. The position requires an attention to detail and comfort in working in a fast paced and complex work environment.
The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of organization policies and procedures and systems; experience with computers and computer software; excellent communication skills; excellent customers service skills; a strong commitment to privacy and confidentiality; ability to work under pressure and an ability to identify problems, recommend solutions and organize and analyze information.
