Job Summary Assisting Producers and Account Executives in the servicing of clients & management of day-to-day service tasks Working closely with Account Executives to secure information from the client and assist in the renewal and new business programs Answering client policy and coverage questions, consulting with clients on policy changes, and implementing & delivering any resultant changes as required Identifying account rounding and cross-sell opportunities Assisting with resolving client, carrier and/or vendor accounting issues, including collections, discrepancies, fee arrangements, billing contracts, coordination of certificate request issues, policy checking & vendor commission tracking Maintaining certificate and auto identification information for document issuance Ensuring compliance with Willis and Regulatory procedures Managing policy checking and delivery Utilizing carrier rating programs to generate quick quotes for coverage, if necessary Some travel may be required
Minimum 5+ years Commercial Property & Casualty insurance industry experience in a Service or Marketing role that is client-facing ORBachelors Degree plus three (3) years Commercial Property & Casualty insurance industry experience in a client-facing Service or Marketing role A valid, relevant State Property & Casualty licenseComfort with math including simple algebraic calculationsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and OutlookExperience with London marketplace and global insurance programs (preferred, not required)First-class interpersonal including relationship building, skillsStrong communication (verbal & written), numerical, presentation & organizational skills are essential Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a global team or on individually-assigned tasks in dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential
