The Assistant Loss Prevention Manager works closely with the Loss Prevention Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of the Loss Prevention department. Assists LP manager with internal and external shortage and fraudulent activity and safety compliance. Helps train store on protecting our profits and is hands on with audits and policy compliance.
Day to day internal awareness of policy compliance
Constant awareness of customer and employee activity in how it relates to fraud or abuse
Training of store associates and staff of loss prevention pratices, emergency awareness and policy compliance
Assists in achieving statistical performace goals
Performs additional tasks as required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred. Individual must have knowledge of retail loss prevention processes and management of team experience. Excellent communication skills are necessary.
