Reporting directly to the CFO of Technology, with matrix support to both the CIO and CFO the Mortgage company, this position will support partnership management of the Mortgage project portfolio for all things finance. The position requires a solid understanding of the finance and accounting principles required to support a technology team and must also be able to operate in a fast paced business environment where insight and skills will range from core business strategy to project implementation and production.
•Business case build, design, and presentation to management
•Project cost tracking and oversight
•Portfolio tracking and life cycle analysis
•Ongoing reporting and substantive analysis of critical engagements
•Accounting and Risk knowledge applicable to portfolio including technology and industry understanding
•B.S. in Finance or Accounting with an MBA or Graduate Education plans preferred
•3-5 years in a finance environment; experience in a financial services company or environment preferred
•Strong financial analysis and business case building skills
•Demonstrated reporting and written communication skills
•Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization from analyst to executive management
•Should be able to see the big picture while synthesizing key details into the work product
