CLEARLINK is looking for an account manager to support its growing B2B accounts. This person will be responsible for day-to-day affiliate correspondence, managing customer needs, working closely with customers to answer billing questions, selling them additional services, collection on accounts, address system issues and provide necessary resources.
Managing partner needs, communication and ongoing relationships
Maintain account accuracy (i.e. gathering new W-9, contact info, etc.)
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our partners
Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proven proficiency in computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professionalism and client relationships skills
Ability to have difficult conversations in a professional, respectful manner
Proficient time management
Flexibility - Ability to handle multiple priorities with equal proficiency

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must have prior experience with B2B account management
Prior customer service experience, required
