Under the guidance of more experienced Specialists, the Associate Technology Specialist Desktop position assists with the installation, repair, and support of PC's, peripherals, wireless devices, Microsoft operating system and application software related to the systems that support patient care and hospital operations. This position requires basic analytical skills in gathering information from users, defining problems, and identifying technical solutions.
1. Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education or experience is required.
2.Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3. Related ITS experience and/or coursework equivalent required.
4. Physical Requirements: Medium - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting/and or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Monday through Wednesday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
