Sephora USA, LLC, a unique specialty beauty retailer with over 200 stores in the U.S., is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent. The Loss Prevention Agent will partner with Store Director to build awareness within the store. The Agent will coach the store team in deterrence and shortage control measures through daily processes. The LP Agent is also responsible for prevention, detection of theft both external and internal, apprehending shoplifters, completing case reports, daily audits, operating and monitoring CCTV systems. Candidates should have at least 1-3 years previous loss prevention experience, possess strong written skills and be articulate. Good customer service and communication skills are a must.
