May perform one or more of the following:
·

Provides both management and technical leadership as delegated by PMO Manager

·

Coordinates the integration of project work, information systems, and quality reviews

·

Oversees the completion of quality reviews and processes based on documented project standards

·

Reviews completed proposals for technical integrity, quantification of risk, and strategic direction prior to presentation to customer

·

Manages the study and evaluation of current and projected computer-based applications systems and procedures, as well as the design and implementation of revised or new systems

·

All other duties as assigned

Job complexity:
Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of project scope, guidelines and standards. Follows project policies in managing tools and techniques for obtaining solutions. Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Develops and administers schedules and performance requirements.

Required:
·

2-4 years of experience performing management of QA specialists, quality review of technical documents and deliverables.

·

College degree (BS/BA) in information technology-related field or business-related field.

·

Proven ability to coach and mentor staff in a high-visibility project environment.

·

Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

·

Ability to work according to strict guidelines and maintain integrity of process instructions.

·

Strong work ethic.

·

Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.

·

Ability to work with high degree of flexibility.

·

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Highly Desirable Qualifications:
·

Experience leading quality assurance efforts within a systems environment.

·

Experience with enterprise-level software system dealing with claims processing, insurance, or demographic data elements.

·

Experience with testing software, putting together test presentations, and tracking and reporting test results.

·

Experience with SharePoint, Rational Tools.

May perform one or more of the following:
·

Coordinates the integration of office operations and information systems.

·

Directs the development and implementation of technical solutions for the enterprise.

·

Oversees the completion of customer solutions and strategies based on the analysis of the customer’s business goals, objectives, needs, and general business environment.
