Administrative Assistant: Duties may include but not limited to: screening calls, revive visitors, make travel and meeting arrangement for staff personnel's, prepare reports and financial data spreadsheets, edit official documentation, maintain a suspense log, and coordinate staff actions with higher headquarters; process enrollment requests; facilitate student selection process; develop course rosters; receive students on their initial arrival for course attendance to include proper security badge distribution upon verification of clearances from security, provide assistance to the instruction branches with course curriculum material, maintain student records; track and compete course completion graduation certificates; provide in-processing briefings to new contract employees, coordinate in-processing briefers, and schedule time and location for briefings; prepare, coordinate, and distribute TDY orders including modifications, amendments and revocations; maintain spreadsheets detailing TDY orders processed by fiscal year, maintain TDY orders and electronically and file completed copies; prepare and facilitate the passing of security clearances to other government agencies for the purpose of admittance to secure conferences, briefings, and training; maintain liaison with DIA facilities and other government agencies to ensure contact information and visit procedures are current and in accordance with agency guidelines; maintain an up-to-date and accurate class list; coordinate and track student training schedule development for the purpose of ensuring schedules are produced within the timeframe allotted by the registrar; coordinate and schedule security indoctrination appointments for students processing the appropriate level of clearances; create reports as required; assist in development of policies and procedures; maintain schedules; coordinate and support training as required; provide logistical support as required; prepare standard and ad hoc briefings, reports, and other administrative products, outreach and coordination for training, education, and professional development; coordinate with national accreditation organizations.Senior- Level must have an Associate's degree but a Bachelors degree is an associated discipline is preferred. Contractor must have at least five (5) years experience and military experience is preferred.
