Telecommunications Administrator Ashley Furniture -

We are actively seeking a Telecommunications Administrator in our Arcadia, WI facility. This position plays an integral role in Ashley Furniture Industries future success in meeting our customers’ needs and our continued growth.
Required Experience:
2-4 years in Information Systems
Necessary Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of:
TIA/EIA Cabling Standards. Cable termination and testing for copper and fiber optic.
Various TDM and VoIP Phone Systems to include Avaya Definity, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco IPCC Contact Center, Mitel SX-200, Digium Switchvox, Intuity Audix, and Cisco Unity.
Cabling design, specification, and installation experience.
Ability to recognize and solve complex problems
Knowledge and discipline to document processes and infrastructure
Effective at communicating and presenting ideas to management, customers and end users
Maintain confidentiality
Displays both technical competency and leadership
Essential Functions:
Responsible for design, configuration, installation and maintenance of all voice and data cabling infrastructure at our corporate manufacturing, distribution, and retail locations. Other duties include coordination and completion of all user and equipment move, add, change requests.
