Our Buy Here Pay Here Auto Division AUTOSTART USA has an immediate opening for an OFFICE COORDINATOR for our KC Metro locations. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual that has prior auto or title experience!!!

This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Auto Sales Division. This individual works closely with the Service department, Location Manager, and Car Sales Associates to ensure timely completion of assigned duties. Some duties include preparing, reviewing,and processing all applications/titles,vehicle sale contracts and accompanying paperwork.

The ideal candidates will have:
Experiece with Titles,knowledge of and experience using Auto Masters System or any automated car sales system, preferred!
Management experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years experience in a customer service role.
Superior knowledge of MS Office products.
Excellent communication skills are required, both oral and written.
Excellent time management skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
