Description of Position

:

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting, designing, and integrating an advanced virtualized collection systems. The candidate must be hands-on and very comfortable and effective in working in fast pace environments to support quick response capability (QRC) efforts.

Duties will include developing customized scripts and software, analyzing/debugging scripts, testing virtualized systems, documenting processes/procedures, analyzing system logs, debugging interfaces and data flows, and assisting with demonstrations and installations.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

:

1+ years experience as a Software Engineer supporting system and S/W architecture, development, requirements analysis, design, integration, process execution and evaluation

1+ years of

Linux operating system experience (must be evidenced in work history)

1+ years of script writing and script debugging

Significant knowledge of SIGINT collection systems

Ability to work in high pressure, highly flexible environment

Strong communications skills

C++ or Java background preferred.

Experience with a combination of Subversion, Ruby, Bash, Maven, and/or Puppet

Ability to be cleared to the

TS/SCI clearance with poly level.

Education

:

Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or similar degree and meets the experience requirements; or equivalent documented combination of training and experience.

Master’s degree may be substituted for two years of experience.
