Acquires new and deepens existing customer relationships for the branch by modeling professionalism, promoting excellent service, contacting prospects and customers daily, advising and recommending solutions based on customer needs, and building relationships with other lines of business. Must work with the Branch Manager to ensure goals are met and with Service Representatives to ensure the high-level service of which our customers have become accustomed. Must be a willing ambassador to the community for C&F Bank.
The successful self-motivated candidate will have unique relationship-building skills: the ability to connect and communicate effectively with a diverse group of people while maintaining a high-level of professionalism at all times. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are a must. Branch experience is required; previous demonstrated ability in effectively meeting goals, following up proactively, referring business, and overcoming objections is strongly preferred. Must possess a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
