The Optometrist is a skilled member of the allied health team who provides general optometric services to patients according to the philosophy and practice objectives established by Marshfield Clinic and the Department of Ophthalmology. The Optometrist works independently, exercising sound clinical judgment and a commitment to customer focus, people orientation, system integration, and financial stability. The Optometrist demonstrates leadership and professionalism as a center citizen when acting as a representative of the Marshfield Clinic and develops professional relationships within the community to promote and grow the practice.
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Optometry.
(Education qualifications must be from a school whose accreditation is recognized by Marshfield Clinic.)
License/Certification: Current license of OD in State of Wisconsin. DPA / TPA certification.
Experience: Prefer experience in multidisciplinary setting.
