Location Solvang or Birmingham Department Contracts/Proposals Category Active Primary Duties Utilizing pre-established pricing methodologies, the Pricing Coordinator will generate project quotes, add-on orders/contracts, requests from RFP team and other pricing oriented documentation as requested. Additionally, this individual is responsible for ongoing maintenance of reports based on project sales and relevant data repositories as requested by supervisor. Join the MEDSEEK team and experience a rewarding role in transforming healthcare! * Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of pricing and contract documents in accordance with requests including, but not limited to: * Verbal Quotes: Work with internal resources, determine fixed bid pricing for customer development services based on time estimates and established hourly rates and/or market value trends * Add-on Orders: Create Add-on order documents including functional and technical design created by project management and developers with established corresponding pricing * Change Orders: Document changes to contracted scope of work and pricing * Pricing Proposals: As requested by Proposal Team, generate preliminary pricing proposal for inclusion in RFP responses * Contracts: Generate initial contract(s) including migrating finalized pricing and scope of work. * Reports generation based on sales and logging of information in appropriate repositories (e.g., eCabinet, Sales Summary, Worklog, etc.) * Adheres to established pricing methodologies, process and quality control standards with regard to pricing methodologies * Create project pricing documentation utilizing product and service pricing documentation as provided by supervisor * General administrative duties that include, but are not limited to: the com of letters and transmittal documents, faxing of confidential documents, filing, photocopying, etc.
