Commerce Management : facilitates campus ID card issuance, cashless payment processing, account management and reporting on-campus, off-campus, and online.
Security Management : monitors all campus activity using integrated door access control, video surveillance and mass notification capabilities.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Blackboard Transact’s product development team is committed to maintaining clean, intelligent and expandable code and software design principles. All engineers are responsible for:
Collaborating with other engineers to create new components and enhance existing mobile applications for Blackboard’s Transact platform.
Being responsible for breaking down large/complex problems and be involved and/or lead the process of design and implementation of mobile solutions.
Using the latest technologies, tools, and techniques (Objective-C, Xcode, Interface Builder, Instruments, etc.)
Contributing feedback and guidance to the development of functional and technical specifications.
