Hotel Overview:
The Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge, ideally located in Mountain Village, offers much more than a Telluride resort experience - it provides luxury living in the heart of one of the world's most sought-after destinations. Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge is just steps from the gondola, ski mountain, golf course, and many other outdoor activities.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Reception Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

Responsible for the delivery of Owners and Guests, their luggage and other items within the Lodge

Ensure the timely and efficient transfer of luggage to and from Residence

Ensure Owners and Guests are familiar with the Lodge and their Residence ie. temperature control, location of elevators, fitness center, spa

Responsible to provide a safe and comfortable shuttle service

Maintain a presence at Reception, when not delivering Owners and Guests to the Residence or providing Lodge tours or shuttle service, offering assistance, under the direction of the Reception Supervisor

Assist Owners and Guests regarding Lodge facilities in an informative and helpful way, providing Lodge tours upon arrival or by request

Follow department policies, procedures and service standards, including all safety policies

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Previous Guest service experience an asset

Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Highly responsible & reliable

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

Ability to focus attention on Owner and Guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Ability to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening shifts

Possess and maintain a safe driving record, not to include one major incident, or two or more minor incidents in the last three years

Previous driving experience of no less than 5 years

Physical Requirements:
Constant standing and walking throughout shift

Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

Ocassional lifting and carrying up to 100 lbs

Constant kneeling, pushing, pulling and lifting

Frequent ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

Visa Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the US
