Raymond James & Associates located in St. Petersburg, FL is currently looking for a Supervisor, Service/Support Management in our first level help desk area. This position will have supervisory responsibility managing multiple help desk associates within our call center environment. Other duties will include: Implements department policies and procedures; reviews for relevance and monitors associates to ensure compliance.

Resolves and/or assists staff with all aspects of customer service. Provides guidance to staff on customer service, project management, and inter-personal skills necessary Prepares and executes training and/or training plans for new and existing employees, and/or financial advisors. Assists in employee hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions. Prepares performance reports for management.

Completes and conducts employee performance reviews. May assist with preparation and monitoring of department budget. Qualified candidates for this position will have Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management or related area of study or discipline. Along with a minimum of one (1) year previous supervisory experience and a minimum of three (3) years of relevant, progressively responsible, professional experience with a focus on technical support, or project management.

Qualified candidates must also have experience working in an IT Call Center environment preferably in a leadership capacity.
