- Assist students and the general public with federal and state Financial Aid applications and inquiries
- Assist students with VA Benefits, scholarships, and Native Corporations inquiries, applications and forms
- Create spreadsheets, database tables, reports and forms using MS Excel and MS Access
- Type correspondence, reports, and pamphlets/brochures using MS Word and Publisher
- General clerical duties, such as filing, duplicating, faxing, and collating
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Office and Access database program
Typical education or training required for this position (including licenses).
High School Diploma or GED

Special Conditions of Employment
NOTICE: Students must maintain enrollment and regular attendance for a minimum of at least 6 undergraduate credit hours or 6 graduate credit hours to be exempt from FICA (Social Security and Medicare) tax. A credit hour load below the minimum required for full-time student status will require
