Serve as a Mid-level Counterintelligence (CI) Officer in the CI Support to HUMINT Division, Defense CI/HUMINT Center of Excellence (DCHC), Defense Intelligence Agency.

Principle Accountabilities

Plan and conduct CI support

Provide general counsel on the implementation of CI regulations and policies

Review HUMINT operations and activities and identify Foreign Intelligence and Security Service (FISS)/Hostile Intelligence Service (HOIS) attempts to control or manipulate information.

Provide general counsel on the implementation of CI regulations and policies

Conduct CI site assist Visits/Inspections to RTP platforms.

Draft and review CI products for DCHC and DH platforms.

Perform other duties as required.

Knowledge & Skills

Working knowledge of Counterintelligence activities

Understanding of the HUMINT cycle/activities with tangible experience.

Understanding of Department of Defense CI and HUMINT regulations and policies.

Understanding of FISS/HOIS targeting, tactics, and programs.

Proficient technical writing skills.

Working knowledge of asset validation practices.

Working knowledge of the mechanics of CI site assist visits and program review

Knowledge of DIA infrastructure, regulations/policies, and activities

Experience & Education

2 years of tangible CI experience spanning:
CI Operations

CI Investigations

CI Collection

CI Analysis & Dissemination

Other CI Activities IAW Joint Publication on CI Activities

Graduate of a credentialing Counterintelligence Course

Associates Degree preferred but may substitute relevant experience in lieu of degree

Physical Requirements/Working Environment

Standard office environment/responsibilities.Travel
