Job Family & Level:
Under the general direction of the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis manages the functions primarily concerned with cost reporting preparation including Medicare2552, RSC 403 and other reports required by third party payers, and assisting senior management and department heads with new business development, program expansion and forecasting. In addition, oversees all accounting duties related to third party reimbursement/net revenue, contract analysis, and service analysis. Supervises two to three financial analysts. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree required, will consider ongoing enrollment in Bachelor's degree program (over 50% complete) with more than five years experience in Healthcare Finance. Master's degree in business administration desirable.
