Summary: The product is an industrial cabinet x-ray system mainly used in the food industry for contaminant detection Provide Eagle Product Inspection customers with on-site technical support in the US Midwest area. Technicians will trouble-shoot, repair audit, install and modify equipment at various customer locations. Technicians must rely on their experience, training and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

Schedule service visits received from the Tampa office, customers and Sales Representatives.
Update customer records as needed.
Complete Customer Service Reports, time sheets, and expense reports.
Maintain good customer relations.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
The overnight travel would be 70% however generally would be to surrounding states therefore requiring minimal travel time. There will be some weekend work occasionally required.

75% of the work performed will be installations of new equipment as well as audits/surveys and 25% break fix.
