Onward Healthcare is looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide home therapy services. The occupational therapist will help make the transition from hospital to home easier for the patient by assisting them with their recovery process, guiding them through their daily activities, and helping them to improve their quality of life. The OT will first perform an evaluation and then formulate an occupational therapy treatment plan.
Occupational Therapist Home Care Duties Include:
Evaluating and treating patients using the most current technology and practices
Providing valuable input into the patient’s care and care treatment
Observing, documenting and reporting the patient’s response to treatment
Assessing the patient’s home environment for hazards and functionality

Position Requirements a Home Care Occupational Therapy Job:
Active in-state Occupational Therapy license
