EBSCO seeks an ASP.Net Developer-Meta Press- Level III to use ASP.Net programming design to develop mission critical, high traffic web applications. Daily coordination of development activities w/ a cross functional team. Collaborate w/ SCRUM team & product owners to develop high-quality ASP.Net solutions & guide productive technical discussions w/project team members. Lead, teach & demonstrate highly effective approaches to object-oriented software development based on industry best practices & collaborate w/ the software architects to create & implement the architecture & design decisions for the product(s). Participate in the design & development of infrastructure and tools for the team. Review authored code & evaluate the quality & correctness of implementation. Automate unit & integration tests to achieve high automated test coverage. Accurately estimate requirements & tasks; continuously improve & maintain cutting edge architecture, tools & development processes.

Must have a Bachelors Deg in Computer Sci or Elec Engineering or foreign equivalent degree. Five years progressive experience in: Object Oriented development, ASP.Net development, SQL Server development, VB.Net or C# experience, building web services & rich user interfaces in ASP.Net. Included in the in the five years at least three years training/mentorship experience of junior developers and also included in the five years at least one year experience with .Net 4.0 Framework, Team Foundation Server 2010, authoring unit tests & Agile project experience.
