Learn and understand the documentation procedures throughout the assigned position.
Maintain detailed line logs.
Maintain proper meat quality and temperature.
Operate the blender properly.
Cover operations as needed throughout FP.
Operate a horse when needed.
Formulate the batches according to current batch sheets.
Correctly fill out the batch sheet for appropriate product.
Cover and weigh tanks of product after blending.
Complete necessary HACCP paperwork.
Operate the scanner as instructed.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds repetitively.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be able to distinguish between various types of meat.
Must be able to recognize and troubleshoot mechanical problems.
Must be able to perform basic math.
Must be or be able to become horse certified.
