Candidates should have experience and be able to competently perform the following duties:
Serve as contact for employees and plan vendors;
Administering employee benefits plans, leave and disability programs;
Knowledge of all applicable federal and state regulations, filing and compiling requirements affecting employee benefits, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, CFRA, ADAA, Sec. 125, Medicare and Social Security and DOL requirements;
Perform reconciliation and auditing of several different plans;
Experience working with ADP Enterprise v.5 and/or Health and Welfare SE, preferred;
Generalist duties, as well as administrative responsibilities

Qualifications
Candidates must have three or more years experience in administering benefits for several plans and multiple state locations. In addition, candidates must have a minimum of a four year degree from an accredited college.
Skills:
Knowledge of laws as they impact benefits administration
Computer technical skills - Microsoft Office (minimum intermediate Excel and Word skills; ADP Enterprise/HWSE experience preferred;
Customer focused and approachable;
Strong analytical skills and strong knowledge of plan design;
Detail-oriented and organized;
Able to work independently;
Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
